Based in Saltash, Cornwall, we welcome children aged 4 to 16 years from Saltash, Plymouth, Callington, Liskeard, Tavistock and the surrounding areas.

All of our pupils have an Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs) in place. We receive referrals from the Local Authorities once they have identified Fountain Head House School as a suitable setting for a particular child. At that point, the local authority will normally recommend that parents/carers visit potential schools to give their feedback.

 

Each individual admission is reviewed carefully to ensure that we are able to meet the child’s individual needs.
